Death Counter Recounted

A continuation of the original Death Counter plugin by N1.

Announces player deaths in global server chat. Adds many new randomized death messages for different causes of death. Introduces Death Streak announcements in addition to Kill Streaks. Fully configurable messages and settings through the Torch UI. Creates a more immersive and informative server death feed both PvP and PvE.
